Alisan Jaya, is the Director of Sales Operation (CSOO) on the board of Indogal Agro Trading since April 2022. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Finance – Management from Trisakti University. He has rich and varied experiences of more than 20 years in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector across diverse functions. Previously, he also served as Supply Chain Director of Orang Tua Group.

During his tenure, he has proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing sales strategies. Adept at developing and implementing innovative sales operations strategies that have resulted in significant increases in revenue, customer acquisition, and team productivity. Skilled in analyzing sales performance data, identifying key trends, and capitalizing on market opportunities to achieve impressive market share growth and improved customer satisfaction.
